Κάθε χρόνο, την ίδια εποχή, τα βαρέλια αρχίζουν να μας καλούν πίσω. Επιστρέφουμε στη Σαντορίνη, ανοίγουμε το οινοποιείο και αρχίζουμε να μετράμε τις μέρες για τη φετινή σοδειά. 🍇🏝️

Every year, at the same time, the barrels call us back. We return to Santorini, open the winery doors, and start counting down the days to harvest. 🍇🏝️

Ο τρύγος πλησιάζει και οι εργασίες στον αμπελώνα συνεχίζονται! 🍇
Καθαρίζουμε τα χόρτα γύρω από τα κλήματα, ώστε το έδαφος να κρατάει καλύτερα την νερό και τα σταφύλια να παίρνουν ό,τι χρειάζονται για να ωριμάσουν. 🌱

Harvest season is just around the corner and there's plenty to do in the vineyard! 🍇 We're clearing the weeds around our vines to help the soil retain moisture and give our grapes everything they need to ripen beautifully. 🌱
