🚀 Το ARK στο Panathēnea Festival 2026!

Στο πλαίσιο του φετινού Panathēnea Festival, το ARK παρουσιάζει το ειδικό side event “Transforming Arkadia: Innovation & Entrepreneurship Opportunities”, μια εκδήλωση αφιερωμένη στην καινοτομία, την επιχειρηματικότητα και τις νέες αναπτυξιακές προοπτικές της Αρκαδίας.

Μέσα από επιλεγμένες ομιλίες και παρεμβάσεις, η εκδήλωση θα αναδείξει τον ρόλο της Αρκαδίας ως τόπου δημιουργίας, συνεργασίας και επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών, φέρνοντας κοντά ανθρώπους από τον χώρο της καινοτομίας, της περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης, του τουρισμού, της επιχειρηματικότητας και της δημιουργικής οικονομίας.

Experienced in developing production AI systems for structured data extraction, layout-aware models, and scalable inference pipelines using PyTorch, ONNX, Triton, and vLLM. Led small R&D teams and contributed to autonomous drone, computer vision, and reinforcement learning projects.

Mr. Vangelis Xigoros was elected President of the Chamber of Messinia in 2017 and reelected in 2024.
Chamber of Messinia has members businesses that deal with all fields of economy- Industry, Exports, Commerce, Agriculture, Services, Shipping and Tourism- counting in 2026 about 14.000 enterprises.

He is also Vice-President in the coalition of the Chambers of Peloponnese Region and in European Growth Programs Committee for the Regions of Peloponnese, Epirus, Ionian Islands and Western Greece.

In 2022 addressed as President of the Committee of International Exhibitions and Trade by the Union of Chambers of Greece, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Enterprise Greece and in 2025 as member of the board of the Institute of the Union of Chambers of Greece issuing policy papers for Greek Government and EU Committees.

He is a member of Economic Chamber of Greece, and his entrepreneur activation is in the field of processing agricultural products, especially concentrated orange juice and a winery with export activation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from American College and a degree in Business Administration – Economic University of Thessaloniki.

He has successfully exited three technology and consulting startups in the past five years and has mentored numerous scientific teams, helping them transform research into market-ready innovation. He holds a BSc in Physics (AUTH), MSc in Atmospheric Sciences (UCLA), PhD in Atmospheric Physics, and a Business Excellence Certificate from UC Berkeley. He is also an internationally certified Future Strategist.
