A refined tasting of four wines crafted from rare indigenous grape varieties, each expressing the unique terroir of Zakynthos, its winemaking heritage, and the character of our estate.
The tasting is accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen delicacies, thoughtfully presented to complement the wines.
Your visit concludes with access to our underground cellar, where time shapes the identity of our wines.

- The Grand Terroir Tasting-
An elevated tasting experience designed to showcase the full expression of our estate.
A curated selection of six wines crafted from rare indigenous grape varieties, revealing the depth, structure, and identity of Zakynthos’ terroir and our winemaking philosophy.
Exclusively included in this experience is our premium estate-produced extra virgin olive oil, sourced from the olive trees surrounding our winery.
The tasting is complemented by a selection of carefully chosen delicacies, thoughtfully presented to enhance the wines.
Your visit concludes with access to our underground cellar, where time shapes the identity of our wines.

Retsina by Solomos Winery— a traditional appellation wine, deeply rooted in Greek winemaking heritage.
During vigorous alcoholic fermentation, resin from the Pinus halepensis pine tree is added, giving the wine its distinctive character.
It reveals a refined and elegant profile, with aromas of pine, lemon, and mastiha.
A true Mediterranean experience in a glass, carrying the essence of Greek tradition. 🇬🇷 Ρετσίνα από το Οινοποιείο Σολωμού, οίνος με ονομασία κατά παράδοση, βαθιά ριζωμένος στην ελληνική οινοποιητική ιστορία.
Κατά την έντονη αλκοολική ζύμωση, προστίθεται ρητίνη από πεύκο Pinus halepensis, χαρίζοντας στον οίνο τον μοναδικό του χαρακτήρα.
Ξεχωρίζει για τη φινετσάτη του προσωπικότητα, με εκλεπτυσμένα αρώματα πεύκου, λεμονιού και μαστίχας.
