What is the Value of a Good Business Coach? ¿Cuál es el valor de un buen coach empresarial? (Español abajo)

A good Business Coach will partner with you to help drive your company to the next level by getting right to the nitty gritty of clarity, values, goals, and understanding your current mind set.

Ever since I started working with my business coach a few months ago, I was really able to address key things about myself. Understanding those core things has helped me work on my business and head in a direction that has helped me put my strengths to work.

If you're starting a new business or have a young business, I would encourage you to connect with a coach. It's a great investment.

Desde que comencé a trabajar con mi coach de negocios hace unos meses, realmente pude abordar cosas clave sobre mí. Entender esas cosas fundamentales me ha ayudado a trabajar en mi negocio y andar en una dirección que me ha ayudado a desarrollar mis fortalezas.

Si está iniciando un nuevo negocio o tiene un negocio joven, le animo a que se conecte con un entrenador. Es una gran inversión.

What steps have you climbed to reach your goals? 🌱

Before I started my own business I was an English teacher and program director for 5 years at a nonprofit Christian School here in Guatemala. I worked with students aged 4-18. It was a seriously transformative season in my life. (Check out )

A lot has happened over the years and I recognize and accept that I don't have control over everything. But the greatest privilege I've been given is the ability to make choices. I haven't always made the best ones but the ones I've made so far has made me into the person I am and it's taking me in the direction I want to go.

Isn’t life an adventure?💪🏽🏞️

If someone would’ve told me I’d be running my own virtual assisting business 5 years ago, I wouldn’t have ever believed it. It’s nice to know that reality can be far greater than your wildest dreams.

How is a Virtual Assistant (VA) different?🤷🏽‍♀️

⚖️It's so important to recognize that there are distinct differences between a virtual assistant and an employee. Depending on the needs of your business or organization you might need one over the other.⚖️

I'm not going to tell you that one is better than the other, but today with business moving full force into the online space, a virtual assistant might be exactly what you're looking for.💻

Check back in from time to time and I'll continue to share the advantages and disadvantages of both virtual assistants and employees and hopefully that will help you determine what it is you need.

I never thought I'd be doing something like this!

I was always used to being an employee and working a 9:00 to 5:00. there's nothing wrong with that it's just a different way of working.

But when I got married and moved back to Guatemala, I realize that I wanted to do something different. I wanted more freedom and flexibility in the way I worked. But I also didn't want to take amazing opportunities away from locals who work really hard to get to a point that is so easily given to someone like myself from the outside because I speak English and Spanish (it's NOT perfect😅).

So I started this thing, Climb Virtual Consulting. A virtual business that will hopefully in the future allow me to help locals find work. A business that will hopefully help entrepreneurs grow their businesses as well.

But I've NEVER 😵 done this before. Starting my own business, taking charge this way. So I have been learning to be more humble on the journey while not holding back. I'm listening more and reading and learning.

IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY. CHANGE IS HARD. 🤯🤯

I don't know everything, BUT I want this. So come rain or shine.🌦️ I'm going to show up. Yes, I'm doing this for me. But I'm also doing this to encourage you to do the same with whatever project you are tackling, know that you're not alone. We got this. 💪🏽
