We’re looking for an experienced Workforce Management Analyst to join our growing team.
📍 Guatemala City – On-Site
💼 Full-Time
🏠 Potential to transition to Work From Home after a couple of months based on performance
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Monitor attendance, staffing, service levels, utilization, and occupancy
✔️ Make real-time schedule and staffing adjustments
✔️ Adjust associate skilling to meet service-level goals
✔️ Identify staffing gaps caused by shrinkage or turnover
✔️ Recruit additional hours as needed
✔️ Prepare and distribute workforce management reports
✔️ Identify trends and proactively address potential issues
✔️ Support client calls when needed
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Mandatory: WFM experience in a call center environment (RTA or WFM Planning)
🔹 Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
🔹 Excellent communication and active listening skills
🔹 Ability to make sound decisions in real time
🔹 Adaptable and able to remain composed in challenging situations
🔹 Strong technology skills
🔹 Team-oriented and strategic mindset
🕐 Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, with every-other-weekend rotation (one weekend day). Shift is 3:30 PM–10:30 PM, with flexibility based on business needs.
