Celebrating at the iconic Teatro Abril! 🎭⭐

Set in a historic venue, our Guatemala team gathered for a memorable evening honoring our 2026 Superstar Legends. To recognize our top talent in a truly special setting, the evening was filled with culture, art, and leadership conversations.

Attendees heard from Katina Aycinena Arenales, Executive VP of LATAM; Silvia Martinez de Bonatti, VP of Corporate Services; and Ximena Olivares, VP of HR, LATAM, who shared inspiring insights. Following the recognition ceremony, everyone enjoyed a private performance of the classic Guatemalan play El canasto del sastre.
