Vacuum packaging extends the shelf life of food products, without the need to add preservatives. Then you have the advantage of using, selling and serving the products over a long period of time. In coffee it is used to preserve coffee in good condition due to the advantages it entails; especially when exports or sales are made to roasters that it is feasible for them to keep it packed in this way, either because of the time in which they are going to roast it or because of the conditions of the place where they are going to have it STORED. -

El empaque al vacío extiende la vida útil de los productos alimenticios, sin la necesidad de agregar conservantes. Entonces se tiene la ventaja de usar, vender y servir los productos durante un período de tiempo prolongado. En el café se utiliza para preservar el café en buenas condiciones por las ventajas que conlleva; sobre todo cuando se hacen exportaciones o ventas a tostadores que les es factible conservarlo empacado de esta manera ya sea por el tiempo en el que lo van ir tostando o por las condiciones del lugar donde lo van a tener almacenado.
