After Super Typhoon Sinlaku devastated the CNMI, the 2cofly team mobilized to Saipan and Tinian to map damage across residential and commercial properties.

The mission depended on a reliable workhorse: the DJI M350 paired with the P1 sensor. Flying at 400 feet AGL, we achieved 1.5 cm GSD, giving stakeholders extremely high-resolution imagery to support damage assessments.

We turned the Country Club of the Pacific into a full 3D model in just one afternoon.

This video shows what actually goes into a drone mapping mission: from getting rained on 😅 to running multiple drones and capturing thousands of images.

Our first Drone Masterclass of 2026 is officially complete!

We had 13 professionals join us from engineering, telecommunications, media, and facilities management industries. It is always powerful to see leaders from different sectors come together to level up their skills in unmanned aviation.

This workshop goes beyond just preparing for the FAA Part 107 exam. We cover airspace, regulations, flight operations, simulators, and hands-on outdoor flight drills so students leave confident and ready to operate professionally.
