Vacancy: Office & Sales Coordinator

Sivic Distributors Inc. is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office & Sales Coordinator.

Location: Chateau Margot, Pigeon Island, East Coast Demerara

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer orders.
* Prepare invoices and coordinate orders for dispatch.
* Maintain organized filing of completed and paid invoices.
* Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries and sales.
* Answer telephone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally.
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers as required.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory administration.
* Perform general office administrative duties.
* Provide support to management with day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

* Minimum of five (5) CSEC/CXC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or sales will be considered an asset.
