This is a tele-sales job, not for everyone, requires disciplined individuals who are task and goal oriented.

Requirements.
• At least two years’ experience as a Tele-sales Representative or worked as a sales/customer service agent for the said period of time.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably via inbound/outbound calling.
• Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and adequately describe/explain them to prospects
• Must possess an excellent command of the English language
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle objections and rejections
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be capable of following instructions
• Must have the ability to get to work on time consistently
• Must be goal oriented
• Possess at least five subjects CXC or its equivalent including English

An Appointment Setter will provide support to the sales team of the company by making calls to potential clients and schedule appointments to speak with sales consultant both virtually and In-home. The work activities listed on the appointment setter include the following answering inbound calls from potential and existing clients, setting up appointment with clients, taking responsibility of cold calling prospects, determining the interests of customers, maintaining accurate records of every conversation, and providing general administrative support to the sales team.

Appointment Setter Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
• Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
• Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
• Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.

Appointment Setter Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Professional and courteous disposition.
• Persuasive and results-oriented.

Ultra Connect is now hiring Part-Time Research Reps to conduct Telephone Surveys “at HOME”

This opportunity is only targeting persons with Call Center Experience that have a Working Computer, High Speed Internet and a Computer Headset for voice communication.
This is a Short Term Job Opportunity (26th April 2018 to 11th May 2018) not a full time JOB.

6 Hours per day by Shift (8am to 2pm) or (2pm to 8pm) you choose.

You’ll be required to call every day for this period including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
