Promotion for my Pets Litter

Summer X Batman.

Every customer will be required to pay upfront $125,000 to be apart of the promotion along with their sequential fees. We will be accepting only 6 customers since those are the estimated number(s) for this average litter.

When/ If the female can be taken to the doctor for an ultra sound to determine how many pups are there, we can accept more down payments/ Refund if necessary.

Pups will be sold sequentially,
1st pick $35,000
2nd pick $28,000
3rd pick $20,000
4th Pick $15,000
5th Pick $10,000
6th Pick Free

Disclaimer:
- King Bully Kennel shall take full responsibility of all down payment(s) & pups while in our care.
- We will refund
(1) If Pup Dies while being in our care or
(2) if Insemination was unsuccessful.
(3) If Pregnancy was False.
- We take our sequential fees personal to avoid a misunderstanding between customers after pups are ready to be allocated.
- Pups MUST be collected at 6 WEEKS OLD. (Nothing less/ Nothing MORE)
- COLLECTING OF PUP(S) BEFORE THE REQUIRED 6 Weeks WILL BE AT OWNERS RISK!
- ANY PUP LEFT OVER 6 WEEKS AT KING BULLY RESIDENCE, WILL BE LEFT AT OWNERS RISK.
- THIS PROMOTION IS ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS; King Bully Kennel have the rights to reject a sale if we feel that our disclaimer is being compromised.

NB. Payments would not be refundable if disclaimer’s eligibility has not been met.

I Hereby understand that after Insemination was done it takes approximately 9 weeks after before the female can give birth also, an additional 6 weeks that pups must be in mother care.

I’ve Read and agreed to All Terms & condition upon signing of agreement.

After birth, If any space is left, promotion is automatically finished and pups will be sold between 190-220k. (without promotional offer).
