On 14 August, our Managing Partner, Roy Lo, Convenor and Founder of the Young Professionals Alliance (YPA), attended the closing ceremony of the 2026 CEO Successor “Study Tour in Shanghai” Summer Camp. Partner Zheng Wei from our SW Shanghai also attended the ceremony, along with representatives from Changning District, internship enterprises and other guests.

More than 50 young students from Hong Kong completed a seven-week programme in Shanghai, including workplace internships, social practice and cultural exchange activities. Participants gathered to share their experiences, reflect on their personal growth, and strengthen ties between Shanghai and Hong Kong.

At the ceremony, Roy said the Summer Camp provided Hong Kong youth with valuable workplace exposure, practical skills, a deeper understanding of Shanghai’s development, and opportunities to build friendships with peers from both cities.

Graduation certificates were presented to the students, and certificates of appreciation were awarded to the participating enterprises for their support and mentorship.

Going forward, SW will continue to encourage and support more study programmes and exchange opportunities, helping young people broaden their horizons and gain practical experience.
