A new façade updates an existing 7-story commercial building. Perforated aluminium panels "float" 500mm from existing walls and can support advertising images.

next to the existing window wall, the occupants can enjoy light and view
as they move about the living space and the bedrooms.

2,400sf loft-like apartment with roof garden. Roof pavilion's wood slat structure casts interplay of light and shadow, an effect recreated inside apartment with a similar slat ceiling and lighting above.

Garden is laid out in islands of color pebbles and grassy mounds. Inside, a sweeping curved wall defines the living/working space and intersects a large translucent door that conceals a guestroom.

3,500sf house with two-story high living room overlooking pool and spa. Floor materials "flow" from interior to outdoors. Dining room is covered with glass roof and wood louvers.

One of three unique Nike pinnacle shops worldwide (HK, Tokyo, NY). Dark concrete "tunnel" entry ramps up to bright "stadium" interior. Low platform provides space for art installations and product display. Various display cabinets swivel, roll out, or fold up on pulley system. Rough existing columns and exposed wires contrast with finely-finished wood cabinetry and custom hardware.
