不少初創青年都具有創意和魄力，惟從商經驗尚淺，難免會碰釘。香港青年協會自2002年開始舉辦各項青年創業培育項目，提供資助及義務創業導師，支援年輕人創業。中心於昨日(26日) 舉行「香港青年協會創業導師計劃」啟動禮，匯聚更多專業人士及商界領袖，成為本港其中一個最有規模和系統的創業導師網絡，透過各種創業諮詢和活動，持續扶持初創青年。活動喜獲創新及科技局局長楊偉雄先生, GBS, JP擔任主禮嘉賓。

首階段已有120人登記成為義務創業導師，部分來自數碼港、香港科技園、天使投資基金會、羅兵咸永道會計師事務所、安永會計師事務所、SHOPLINE、南豐作坊、信和置業有限公司、草根天使會、微軟香港有限公司、IBM中國／香港有限公司等企業。
