承建商因淡 / 旺季工程項目金額差別太大及夜間施工問題以選擇毀約。但最終本司也能克服困難完成了第一期及第二期之保險賠償工程，而且於04-07-2017順利完成交收。在此十分感謝！所有前輩、好朋友及各供應商老闆相助。
