1. Before loading, we must confirm with the warehouse manager for the last time that the goods are all ready, the location of the goods, and whether the quantity of the products is accurate. If customers or third-party inspection companies want to come to supervise the installation, they must make an appointment in advance, and try to let the supervision personnel arrive before the cabinet arrives. (Before the installation supervisor comes to the site, it is generally not allowed to start loading the cabinet, or a small part can be installed first).
2. Require the towing company to check whether there are old, damaged, or broken places in the container cabinet when picking up the cabinet, and ask to send a document to the contact person of the order, indicating the order number, cabinet number, license plate number, driver and contact number.
3. Notify the warehouse manager one day before the shipment, how many cabinets are there, when will the goods be loaded, arrange for manpower to load the cabinets, budget the time for loading the cabinets, and understand the volume, size, and nature of the goods, draw up a cabinet loading plan, and list Out of the packing list. (Note: When calculating the loading plan, the balance of the container should be considered (the weight should be average), and it is best to place goods that are easy to pass through customs at the end of the container).
4. Contact the freight forwarder and the container driver and ask when the container will arrive at the factory. After arriving at the factory, check the trailer license plate, container number,, and seal number sent by the freight forwarder, and copy the driver's ID card.
5. Take pictures during the whole process of loading the cabinet: license plate cabinet number - open the empty cabinet - start loading - half of the goods loaded - complete loading - seal - seal the cabinet (open the door - half open - close the door). Taking pictures is the best proof of shipment. To avoid complaints about missing or damaged goods when the goods arrive at the port later, it is best to take pictures of each type of product loaded to prove that the goods are in good condition.
6. While taking pictures, the warehouse manager or a special recorder needs to record the container's position, which goods are loaded, the number of goods loaded in the container, the number of packages, and the license plate number, container number, and seal. No. (These data are used to fill out the customs declaration packing list). Sometimes, the customs inspector needs to know what goods are placed near the door of the container, so special attention should be paid to what is placed in the end.
7. After the cabinet is installed, the merchandiser confirms that the seal has been sealed tightly. The warehouse manager confirms with the salesperson whether the cabinet can leave the factory or is waiting for the customer to make payment.
8. Organize and name the photos of the cabinet loading, and send them to the salesman as cabinet loading information, and the salesman sends them to the customer for viewing.
9. Return the container to the dock, obtain the heavy container paper, update the actual weighed weight and volume of the goods, and submit it to the customs broker.
10. For any shipments made by the factory, a delivery note must be written, indicating the details of the goods, and the driver should sign it.
