🍻 Old Brown Ale
Taking a step back in time, when life was simpler and beers were about malt and yeast, not hops. This Old Brown Ale is inspired by the classic English brown, driven by a blend of malt and fermented with an English ale yeast strain to produce some characteristic fruity ester notes.
🍻 Jam Sessions Choc Raspberry Sour
Laying down a lip-smacking base line of fresh raspberries and amping it up with a killer riff of rich chocolately tones. The result is a dark, sessionable sour with a sweet balance that'll have you jammin' like a rock god.
🍻 Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse
Berliner Weisse style ale brewed with two strains of Lactobacillus using traditional German kettle fermentation, and then a special ale yeast for secondary fermentation. 100kg of fresh, Australian sourced raspberries were then added to the fermenter to help give this beer it distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.
