If you ask most people today, “What does ‘AI’ stand for?” — without doubt, 100% of them will answer: “Artificial Intelligence”.
But after a recent talk organized by the Independent Learning Centre at CUHK, we’ve come to see a different meaning — one that speaks not to technology, but to the mindset of success: “All In”.
We had the privilege of being invited as guests to engage with the younger generation — a role we deeply value as part of our mission. We didn’t just share insights and experiences. We also witnessed something remarkable: a generation that is redefining what it means to build a career.
Today’s Gen Z is increasingly embracing “slasher” roles — balancing multiple identities, freelancing across industries, and navigating a job market shaped by AI and flexible work. In such a landscape, technical skills alone aren’t enough. What sets apart those who truly succeed is the willingness to go “All In” to commit fully, to embrace lifelong learning, and to build communities that lift each other up.
That’s why our mission goes beyond one-off talks. We believe in harnessing the power of community — creating a space where people from a diverse range of industry sectors can connect, collaborate, and grow together.
We hope to continue expanding our network, and we look forward to welcoming more and more young people into our community in the near future. After all, the future doesn’t just belong to Artificial Intelligence — it belongs to those who show up with Courage, Passion, Confidence, and an “All In” spirit.
