Nakaka-stress talaga ang huling sandali bago ang flight, lalo na kung may kulang na dokumento. Huwag mag-panic—karaniwang sitwasyon ito sa airport at maraming pwedeng tumulong sa iyo.

​Narito ang mga dapat mong lapitan para magpagawa o magpatulong sa eTravel:

​1. Ground Staff ng iyong Airline
​Sila ang unang line of defense mo. Bago ka pa man mag-check-in, tatanungin na nila ang iyong eTravel QR code.

​Ano ang gagawin nila: Madalas ay may hawak silang printed QR code o link na pwede mong i-scan para dumiretso sa tamang website. Pwede ka rin nilang i-guide habang nandoon ka sa pila.

​2. Bureau of Quarantine (BoQ) Personnel
​Sila ang pangunahing sangay na nagbabantay sa eTravel system. May mga booth o desk sila sa loob ng airport (karaniwan ay malapit sa immigration o bago ang boarding gates).

​Ano ang gagawin nila: Sila ang eksperto rito. Kung may error sa website o hindi mo makuha ang QR code, sila ang may kakayahang i-verify ang status mo.

​3. Help Desk / Information Counter
​Kung naliligaw ka, pumunta sa main Information Desk ng airport terminal.

​Ano ang gagawin nila: Ituturo nila sa iyo ang eksaktong pwesto kung saan may nakatalagang staff na tumutulong sa mga pasaherong wala pang eTravel.

​Mahahalagang Paalala:

​Libre ang eTravel: Huwag na huwag magbabayad sa mga website na humihingi ng pera. Ang official link ay etravel.gov.ph.

​Airport Wi-Fi: Karamihan ng major airports ay may libreng Wi-Fi para magamit mo sa pag-fill out ng form sa sarili mong phone.

​Screenshot: Kapag natapos mo na, siguraduhing i-screenshot ang QR code para hindi ka na umasa sa internet connection pagdating sa checkpoint.

Naway makatulong ito kabayan.

Japan has turned Oita Airport into a kawaii paradise with its rebranding as Oita Hello Kitty Airport, which officially opened on April 13, 2025. As part of the World Expo celebrations, the airport features Hello Kitty and Sanrio character-themed decorations, photo ops, exclusive merchandise, and themed services. This makeover is part of Japan's push to boost tourism, offering a unique blend of cute culture and practical travel. The rebranding will last until October 13, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by popular Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Kuromi.
