【U＆I 秋季護膚小tips：簡單好飲】

秋風起，天氣變令肌膚的鎖水能力變低，肌膚容易乾燥，産生乾紋、細紋，嚴重更令肌膚脫皮，紅疼。想擁有健康水潤的肌膚，可以從飲食入手喎～

檸檬蜂蜜水
功效：生津止渴和胃，清熱解毒潤燥（請注意：胃酸過多者不宜服用）
材料：檸檬2個、蜂蜜適量
製法：1.檸檬洗淨後切薄片，可切薄身一點備用。
　　　2.切好的檸檬放在玻璃瓶中，加入適量蜂蜜浸泡後密封冷藏，每次取1~2片檸檬泡溫水喝。
