學院由本港多名精英創立及管理，務求將過去門檻偏高的飛行夢變得更簡單、更容易及更大眾化，令大部份想進行飛行駕駛的人都能學習。學院以推廣個人飛行駕駛為已任，實現航空夢。
學院的飛行教官為退役台灣空軍軍官，具有不少於十年飛行經驗，更有飛行教官為F-16戰機駕駛員。飛行教官們退役後仍熱心於教育工作﹐致力培育更多的飛行駕駛員，對飛行一直保持着熱誠。
