During that time, wild mushrooms appear across the province's mountain forests, where they are gathered by hand. Many cannot be cultivated, making each season as brief as it is eagerly anticipated, and each mushroom a treasure.⁠

We're bringing the harvest from Yunnan to your table with our seasonal menu, with dishes including Braised South African Abalone with Wild Mushroom Clay Pot Rice and Steamed Pomfret with Lychee Mushroom.⁠
