Managing Director - Business Development (Immigration and Education)

Our client from a well know immigration and educational servicing company is looking for a Managing Director to manage their new office in HCMC. As a Managing Director you will be leading a team of business development and marketing to support the company business growth. He/she will be responsible for the business strategy, data analysis, budget & expense management that ensure the company runs smoothly and effectively. He/she will also support the team of business development to build up client’s relationships and achieve their outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a business development strategy that will enable the company to continue its business growth
- Proactively seeking out new clients and partners from different network and sectors
- Leading the partnerships and business development function of the HCMC office, with accountability for financial targets, event management and the delivery of successful competitive pitches
- Working with other parent company or partners to foster new and shared opportunities for collaboration
- Responsible for HNW clients and partners management to maintain and growing strong client relationship
- Participating in strategic decision-making such as the development of business model and service offering
- Working with the HK and Australia team to develop the Vietnam business strategy in alignment with the company
- Acting as a leader, both internally and externally, in the immigration and education area like an expertise
- Researching the best practices in online engagement, corporate social responsibility and social innovation
Requirement
- Experience in a senior leadership role in an impact-driven organization, ideally in a client services environment
- Ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams and groups.
- Have a strong and proven track record of managing HNW processes, as well as demonstrated experience in business development.
- Understanding immigration or education service
Substantive experience with successfully developing, selling, and growing fee-based services
- Excellent organizational, administrative, managerial, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage contracts and budgets and to work collaboratively and effectively with external partners
