Il Nostro Vino About Il Nostro Il Nostro Vino is set up by Narciso Battello, an Italian, who has lived in Hong Kong for 30+ years. The imported wines are DOCG and DOC.

He familiarizes with Hong Kong people’s taste bud. The wines are imported directly from Italian wineries in Asti, Piedmont region, the most prestigious grapes area. The Italian government classifies their wines into 4 categories:

DOCG - Denominazion di Origine Controllata e Garantita (Denomination of Origin checked and guarantee)
Quality must be evaluated by tasting
committee before bottled. D.

O.C - Denominazion di Origine Controllata
(Denomination of Origin Checked). V.D.T - Vino da Tavola (Table Wine)
I.G.T - Indicazione Geografica Tipica (Indication of
Typical Geographic Area)



樂私家酒莊由意大利人鮑德路創立。鮑先生在香港居住三十多年，熟識港人品味。鮑先生親往故鄉，意大利北部經典葡萄產區皮德蒙選購佳釀美酒。

意大利酒分四級控管標章：


DOCG - 保證法定地區，義大利餐酒的最高級，無論在葡萄品種，收成，醞釀方面都有嚴格管制，而且要由專人試飲，新修訂的法例未來容許特別優良的葡萄園領取獨立評級。
D.O.C - 法定地區，指使用指定的葡萄品種在指定的地區，按指定方法釀造及陳年的餐酒，幾乎所有傳統著名的餐酒都列入這一級，
V.D.T - 泛指一般的意大利餐酒。
IGT - 地方餐酒，指某些地區生產具地方特色的餐酒。
