Golf is as much a mental game as it is a physical one! Let’s break down the journey from grips to yips and how anxiety can impact your performance.

Grips: When anxiety creeps in, it can tighten your grip—both on the club and your confidence. Remember, a relaxed grip leads to smoother swings. Focus on your breathing and let go of the tension!

Chips: Poor grip can negatively affect your chipping. The pressure mounts, and suddenly those short shots feel monumental. Stay present, visualize your success, and trust your training.

Yips: If anxiety continues to build, the dreaded yips can set in. It’s a common struggle, but it doesn’t have to define your game. Acknowledging the pressure is the first step. Embrace mindfulness and practice to reclaim your flow!
