A plan with far too many details could backfire as it will be much harder for your team to understand and therefore higher chance for mistakes to happen 📉

[MASK ON? MASK OFF?]

“There is an epidemic of ignorance going around...we must protect ourselves!!!”

I’ve came across an interesting debate recently about if service staff should wear masks at F&B related events. have haunted the &B and industry and businesses are struggling. Event hosts and managers become sceptical over every small detail that has a chance of driving their only client away.
-
Some event hosts have decided to not let their staff wear any face in order to protect the “image of the event”. Some believe it is unprofessional for staff to speak and serve their guests with a mask on because it is impolite.
-
Let’s be real, your venue is no ! Why put your staff’s health at risk over ? Clients who have not cancelled their event understands the they take and would most probably prefer the event host to be more cautious about the overall and of the event!

Be a smart host, keep them masks on!
