今晚是Evon Ho-Wyllie 和 Joko Yung 新Channel Evon & Joko Live的處女秀。非常感激得到香港BNI國家董事Stella Yung 的支持，成為新Channel第一個被受訪問的特別嘉賓。
Stella本身是一位非常成功的企業女士，在香港中小微企業內扮演非常重要的角色。香港BNI在引領中小微企業中影響了非常多企業家和創業者。而Stella和她先生就在過往的18年終扶持了這班老闆，建立營造了一個互相扶持的生意生態圈。
今天難得Evon & Joko Live Channel在香港開了先河，Evon 和 Joko成為香港歷史上第一個Channel邀請到Stella分享她的點點滴滴。

今晚Evon提出兩個挑戰給三位女士。在這個禮拜內各自都要開始post自己不完美的相片在自己的社交媒體。另一個挑戰就是，大家都要在自己每天所遇見的人做出認可和嘉許。大家記得留意住這三位女士的個人社交平台所發布的消息啦！
Evon Ho-Wyllie and Joko Yung, two female entrepreneurs' inaugural live show had successfully invited BNI National Director Stella Yung to be their first interviewed guests.
Stella is a very very successful entrepreneur. She and her husband Stanley Kong had, in about 18 years ago, brought BNI to Hong Kong and created a business circle fortified with great system which allows many SMEs owners to flourish. The community built by Stanley and Stella has provided a nurturing space for entrepreneurs at various stage of each of their entrepreneur journeys to find solace and support.
Tonight, many topics had been covered:
1. How does Stella maintain her relationship with her husband?
2. The secrets to success for husband and wife team in business.
3. Stella's insight to human nature.
4. Has Stella done anything to her face?
5. What is Stella's view to ageing?
6. The faux pas in handing out calling card during networking.
7. The Chinese term "女強人" (aka, strong women). Why was there no such term in Chinese called "男強人" (aka, strong men). P.S. This has to be computed in Chinese medium.
8. The amazing image created in personal social media doesn't really tell the whole truth.
9. The culture of recognition.
So there lies two challenges handed out by Evon tonight to both Stella and Joko. So for the next week, each one of the three ladies have committed to post less than perfect pictures to break the social norm of only painting a perfect picture of oneself. The other challenge is to praise and recognise people they each come across everyday and start a movement of recognition. This is particularly tough in a Chinese society as humility is the core of our value.
