根據香港特別行政區政府2017-02-22 發佈的新一年度財政預算:

2017-04-01 至 2018-03-31 的財政年度, 有關商業登記費不再豁免,

即由2017-04-01開始, 有關成立香港公司及年檢費用調整如下, 請各位新老客戶留意:

成立香港公司

2017-03-31 前: 港幣3,750

2017-04-01 後: 港幣5,750

年檢費用會比原來增加港幣2,000 的政府費用

As listed in the 2017-18 Budget which published by The Government of HKSAR:

The business registration fee from 2017-04-01 to 2018-03-31 will not be waived, as result that the price for company formation and annual service fee were revised as below:

Hong Kong Company Formation

Before 2017-03-31 HKD3,750

After 2017-04-01 HKD5,500

Annual service fee will be increased by HKD2,000 due to the government charge.
