Dr. Lawrence Wong spoke on “The New Asia Lectures on Contemporary China: Applying Technologies in the Rapidly Changing World” in The Chinese University of Hong Kong Sir Run Run Shaw Hall on 15 Feb 2019.

He was honoured to share how does China lead the way in applying disruptive technology to the rapidly changing world with teachers and students in his mother school CUHK. The more than a thousand seats in the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall was totally full. The audiences were enthusiastic in the discussion.

Dr. Lawrence Wong represented HKINEDA as the Convener of the New Economics Task Force to participate in the “Director’s Responsibility and Internal Control Risk Seminar” on 11 Dec 2018.

The seminar talked about how to respond correctly to internal control and corporate governance, SFC regulatory updates, and investigations of listed companies. With a more comprehensive understanding, we are considering holding related lectures at HKiNEDA.
