5 billion is nothing in comparison with the money we spent in various projects that we have yet to see any return. The park does give visitors joy and valuable memories. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the loud music which seems to go on and on non-stop even after the park is closed. Is it there to stop people from sneaking in to sleep at night?

To win support for more than HK$5 billion in taxpayer investment, theme park will have to show it has a viable business strategy for a highly competitive business

The Draft of Specification of Competency Standards (SCS) prepared by the Security Services Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) of the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework is now ready for industry consultation. The consultation will last around 3 months from 15 November 2016 to 28 February 2017 with the first consultation session to be held on 6 January 2017.
