規定最低工資： 每月 HK$5,220
(比以往增加 2.35%) Minimum Allowable Wage: 每月 HK$5,220 / month (An increase of 2.35%)

膳食津貼 (如無提供免費膳食)： 維持不低於每月 HK$1,236
Food Allowance (in lieu of free food): Remains not less than HK$1,236 / month

生效日期： 適用於所有在 2026年10月3日 或之後簽署的外傭合約 Effective Date: Applies to all FDH contracts signed on or after October 3, 2026

特別提示 / Special Notice:
於 2026 年 10 月 2 日或之前以舊合約薪金（HK$5,100）簽署的合約，若在 2026年10月30日（星期五） 或之前送抵入境事務處，當局仍會照常處理。

Contracts signed on or before October 2, 2026 at the old rate of HK$5,100 will still be processed by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, provided the applications reach them on or before Friday, October 30, 2026
