NLP Master Trainer Year 4!!
For the past 18 days, I have gone through a very special journey with over 80 participants all over the world in a virtual world.
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐งโ๐จ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ 2020 ๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฎ.
I have been as a coaching assistant in the training (some what like tutor in the university) to help students to learn, to assess their performance, and of course the most important is helping them to transform and evolve. This is also my Master Trainer Program Year 4. As a 5 year development program for an NLP Trainer, itโs not gonna to be easy. You need to gone through the same journey 5 more times (assist in the training and being assessed your performance), and each time you will be expected to be in a higher level. Not only in the NLP knowledge but also how you live life with the NLP spirit.
I started my Master Trainer Development Program right after my graduation as an NLP Trainer in 2014. I shall have graduated last year. However, I had some personal issue to deal with in 2018, so that I stopped the journey. But I did not give up. Two years later in 2020, my personal issue has been settled, new life begins, so I decided to resume my journey.

I truly believe this, donโt you? If I have graduated last year, how I can participate in the first ever NLP Trainerโs Training virtually. I can see the team has put lots of efforts in making this happen. How to do a hybrid training with both online and offline students. With participants come in person in Sydney, the trainer from US, other group of students in Bangkok that need instant translation and of course a bunch of participants from all over the world online. Itโs so glad that I can be the one in. Although I already have experience as CA, thereโs still lots of things to learn.
Although itโs tough to get up at 4am in the morning and start the training everyday at 5am (8am Sydney time) and work for 8 hours in front of computer and camera. I enjoyed the training. And though itโs was my 5th time to assist in NLP Trainerโs training, each time you will learn something new.
I am glad to be part of it, I see the transformation of all the trainers. You all are bulletproof NLP trainers. Salute to you all! I am glad to see my friends certified as NLP Master Trainer this Year. It will be me next year.
