Job Description
Our client is an Australian-based IT company that focuses on software integration. We are looking for an experienced and qualified person for the position of Accountant / Office Administration role in the Hong Kong branch.
This ideal candidate will be involved in handling day-to-day operations and assisting the finance manager in the accounting aspects. This candidate should have great attention to detail and strong MS Office skills.

Hong Kong Island
Responsibilities
- Assist the finance manager with the financial operation and taxation matters for the Hong Kong office
- Monitoring day-to-day office operations and HR matters (including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, P&L, balance sheets, etc)
- Handle day-to-day accounting matters (bookkeeping, etc.)
- Report to and assist finance manager with ad-hoc accounting tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy / Finance / or any related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years of accounting and office experience
- IT-savvy and familiar with Xero
- Proficient English written & communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills�
