Is recycled leather actually leather?

It's made from real leather, just not from a single piece of hide. The offcuts a tannery would otherwise throw out get broken back down to fibre and pressed into a new sheet. A second life for something that was already made once. Less going to landfill, and a finish we're glad to put our name on.

Ever reached your desk and realised the heaviest thing you carried in was the bag itself?

Going lighter usually means going soft, and soft bags slump. Half empty by 3pm and suddenly it's a gym bag you brought to a meeting.

So the Horizon is mostly woven canvas, with vegan leather across the lower body where it takes the knocks. It holds its line even when there's nothing in it.
