This 2 hours Investment Fund's Marketing Materials Review Workshop (In-Person or Zoom Workshop) will sharpen skills, compliance and regulatory knowledge and awareness of industry participants in preparing and reviewing marketing materials such as Fund Fact Sheets, Flyers, Brochure, Presentation Materials, Funds Literature, Advertisement etc. and in presenting fund's performance information and conducting products/ funds comparison etc.

Requirements of the SFC's Advertising Guidelines Applicable to Collective Investment Schemes Authorized under the Product Codes and related FAQs and some points to note
Common issues or deficiencies arise from the marketing materials review process in fund management companies and fund management industry
Key points in presenting fund's performance information and in conducting products/funds comparison etc.
Part 2 - 75 minutes workshop
Fact sheets reviews, presentational materials reviews exercise and assignment
Small group discussion on marketing materials review and problem sharing
Briefing and explanation to the participants by our trainers.
