[Workshop Invitation] Tableau x Automation Anywhere Build-a-Bot and Sales Analytics (RPAxBI) Workshop for Retail Industry (13 December 2021)

Process automation is the first priority in the workspace and it was the trend in this digital century, while Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the key technology to assist the company to achieve it. RPA is ranking as the top strategy from a lot of consulting firm reports, together with the application of Artificial intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Business Intelligence (BI). By digitalising the manual process, a huge amount of data would be induced at the RPA environment. BI is another fabulous platform which is able to visualize the insight from macro to micro perspective across different aspects.

With increasing workflow complexity and manpower cost, RPA is the right solution to transform workforce, increase working capacity and operational efficiency. Advanced solution with BI can bring insights to companies for driving strategic decision. Top use cases to automate with RPA and BI include trade promotions, sales analytics, returns processing, order status tracking, etc.

2020年對中小企是非常難捱的一年；2021年已經差不多過了半年，企業如何可以更好計劃業務發展？因應疫情，政府的資助計劃推出了不少優化措施支援香港企業。今次講座會為大家講解優化了的項目和如何善用政府資助拓展公司業務。

政府的資助計劃介紹：

1. 科技券計劃 (TVP): 資助額高達$60萬，支援企業使用科技服務和方案，以提高生產力或將業務流程升級轉型

2. 發展品牌升級轉型及拓展內地市場的專項基金 (BUD): 資助額高達$600萬，鼓勵香港企業拓展市場，發展品牌、升轉轉型及拓展內銷三大範疇的項目。涵蓋Branding（發展品牌）、Upgrading（升級轉型）同Domestic Sales（拓展銷售）。最常見的是請人、買機器設備、做marketing、申請商標專利等等。

3. 中小企業市場推廣基金(EMF): 資助額高達$80萬，資助企業海外推廣活動及本地、海外展覽會等，以吸引海外買家及顧客。涵蓋展覽會、海外商務考察團、市場推廣及網店/網站。
