【Cyberport startup Ark Spaces’s digital platform supports Hing Fat Flower to deliver flowers and gifts to mothers on time 】

母親節仲有幾日就到，有無諗過送上一束鮮花俾媽咪呢？不過，母親節咁多人送花，萬一有錯漏或者延誤就掃興啦。數碼港社群初創、物流應用方案公司 Ark Space 運用數碼化嘅物流管理平台，同 Hing Fat Flower Market 興發鮮花集團嘅電子訂單接入系統，取得訂花情況，喺包裝好鮮花後，通過其車隊管理系統安排送出鮮花，以及配套嘅心意卡同小禮物，提升物流效率，真正做到純熟迅速送出。

唔少花店及顧客都好擔心鮮花運輸過程中有延誤，而Ark Space嘅網上平台就可以減低大家喺呢方面嘅煩惱。顧客可以隨時隨地透過Ark Space網上系統查詢運送情況及進度，確保靚靚鮮花準時無誤送到各位摯愛媽媽手上。而今次母親節除咗送花，顧客亦可以選擇集鮮花、朱古力或毛公仔嘅母親節套裝，Ark Space嘅物流同事會協助處理鮮花之外嘅貨品，確保貨品齊全，送到客人手上。

As many people are sending flowers on Mother’s Day, it will spoil the fun if the flowers go missing or delayed. Cyberport community startup and logistics solution provider Ark Space is using its digital logistics management platform to connect with Hing Fat Flower Market’s booking system to obtain booking updates. Once the flowers are packed, Ark Space’s fleet management system will arrange delivery together with a greeting card and a small gift with high efficiency.

While many flower shops and their customers worry that the flower delivery may be late, Ark Space’s online platform can give them peace of mind. With Ark Space’s online platform, customers will be able to track down the whereabouts of purchased items anytime, anywhere to ensure that the flowers will be delivered safely to every mother on time. Apart from sending flowers, customers can opt for a combo set with chocolate or a stuffed doll. Ark Space’s crew will help take care of other items in the combo set to ensure that nothing will be missed in delivery.
