Tasty Cauliflower Burger Recipe. 1/2 Head Cauliflower 1 large Onion. Chopped Cilantro and Chives. Spice to taste I like spicy 🌶, pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Corn starch or another binding agent. Mix all ingredients together and add corn starch until the texture is slightly sticky. Let sit for 1 hour in the fridge and then mix together until the consistency is smooth. Add a touch of oil to a non stick pot and fry until golden or dark brown on both sides. Voila Tasty Spicy Cauliflower burgers! please share if you like and try it out let me know how you like it!!

Less than 2 weeks ago this broccoli micro green topping started from seed. Today it’s matched with a cauliflower burger 🍔 covered in a freshly made pepper sauce with a side order of sweet potato fries 🍟 it’s super tasty and 100% vegan. Growing food is as addictive as eating it!! just getting started more growing, more meal preps and more delicious food coming! Let go green together and eat the fruits of our labour!
