Show Business Booms in Thailand
The Thailand Film Office (TFO) and Department of Tourism has introduced updated Thailand Film Incentive Measures; Stark Networks PFO, Partners and Team members are working on a number of media and entertainment projects, wherein co-producers confirming production parameters with us shall be entitled to a CASH REBATE of up to 30% on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) funds spent on production in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Since 1st January 2025, our office is welcoming professionals with strong career experiences and collective interest in Stark Networks PFO, the TFO and media productions we are producing in the Kingdom of Thailand; our office and team have great opportunties to share with like-minded, pro-active producing partners.
In terms of efficiency, we provide some additional information as a quick summary brief of our modus operandi when interacting with partners for media productions. The information provided here is with respect to potential business synergies, which includes any potential future collaboration with respect to our own projects, your own projects, and any other projects and contacts you may consider as being well-suited for production in the Kingdom of Thailand, that may be yet confirmed.

Collectively, our office, representatives in the Kingdom of Thailand and in the United States of America are presently overseeing investment on a number of features and media projects, which we are about to commence filming in 2025.
Your involvement, as applied to collective career experiences, be it as an agent, entrepreneur, influencer, investor, manager, producer, writer, introducer, talent and more, is open concerning any project you are attached to and that you are legally permitted to submit information on. If you’d like to become part of our productions in the wonderful Kingdom of Thailand, we would be pleased to hear from you and learn more about your terms and your abilities.
As a brief summary:
• We have a number of feature movies projects ready in 2025: MIA* is set at 17M Thai Baht (~US$506,118) into our Thailand entity for any of the movie projects in our portfolio (or any other movie projects brought to us with budgets specifically produced for production in Thailand), thus being capital allocated into specific movie projects; we can then arrange the balance of funding. Movie budgets must be a minimum of 170M Thai Baht (~USD5M).
*“MIA” = Minimum Investment Amount: 17M Thai Baht (~US$506,118).
We are also prepared to allocate up to 10% of secured MIA in any project budget to anyone bringing in the movie capital requirement.
We're ready to roll cameras as soon as financing is fully secured, which is usually a relatively short period of time with our private investment assured and secured.
Important points to note:
* We can also look to financing up to 95% of a movie’s budget on a project by project basis, given the appropriate criteria and willingness to adhere to proportional spending in the Kingdom of Thailand. * Foreign exchange rates fluctuate; our pricing of production expenditure is calculated in Thai baht.
* On a case by case basis, we are potentially willing to accept projects with lower prescribed budgets, given the appropriate criteria and willingness to adhere to proportional spending in the Kingdom of Thailand.
