Please be aware that VFS have temporarily closed the Visa Application Centre in response to the COVID-19 situation; effective 30 March 2020 until further notice.

Temporary closure of the UK Visa Application Centre in Hong Kong - News

All UK visa applicants should be aware that no Priority Visa applications can be made until further notice:

"In light of the current Coronavirus alert, Priority Visa service has been suspended for UK visa customers until further notice."

Also, you cannot self-collect your visa decision and passport, and MUST make use of the courier services offered by VFS at the Visa Application Centre:

"Due to the ongoing global Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, and to keep our customers and staff safe in line with global health guidance, we will no longer be allowing customers to pick up their passports in person. Until otherwise published all customers will be required to purchase a courier return service, either while booking your appointment online, or at the Visa Application Centre when you attend to give your biometric information."
