關辦遇上一些未完的合約問題，希望大家幫幫手接手:
Looking for those who are interested to take over the following contract, as I cannot claim back from HAD for the closure of office.

1)3台 4G全速任用plan $228/月 SIM 卡一張，合約到下年3月，可帶非3 no.轉台。
3HK 4G plan (Full speed, unlimited data and unlimited voice minutes), contract until March 2022.

2) HKT Office電話+fax線，仲有1.5年約, 約$200/月 ($732/3個月交一次)
HKT Office Tel+Fax line, 1.5 years contract remain, around $200/month ($732 for 3 months).

3) 有人想租埋個office更好，尖沙咀站A1出口旁，$15K/月 300呎合寫字樓，教學或美容店用，有2架好新淨冷氣及有熱水爐，桌椅櫃可留低(上手留下)，可於月底進駐(當日我都是咁直入)，仲有5個月死約，業主友善。
My office still have 5 months contract, $15K/Month, next to TST MTR Exit A, with 2 A/C sets and Electric water heater. Suitable for Office, training class or beauty parlor. Drawers, tables and chairs available, ready from end of July.
