香港特區政府（HKSAR Gov）的第二輪防疫抗疫基金, 將為企業們推出為期六個月、為數五億元的「遙距營商計劃」(D-Biz)，資助企業利用創新與科技，在疫情期間開拓遙距業務。

每個方案連同培訓開支的資助最多10萬元，而每間公司（上市公司、法定機構和接受公帑資助的非政府機構除外）可獲最多30萬元總額資助。

只要是有助於遙距營商的科技應用，不論是設置網店(online stores)、進行網上營銷(e-marketing)、強化網絡安全(cybersecurity)、或是方便在家工作的遙距文件管理系統(remote document management)、遙距團隊管理(remote team management)、網上會議(virtual meeting)等，購買和採用科技方案及相關培訓的開支，HKSAR Gov 都會全額資助。

新科技卷(TVP)優化措施係2020年4月1日起實施！優化措施包括，政府資助比率會由舊嘅三分之二（67%）提高至四分之三（75%），申請者資助上限會由舊嘅HK＄400,000增加至HK＄600,000，以及申請者項目數目上限亦會由四個增加至六個！我哋嘅專家會為你講解科技券嘅申請流程、資助範圍及資格等等。

講者簡介

Leslie Chung 係ADG Consultants Ltd 創辦人。Leslie 有醫學科研、數據科學、 數據管理等等嘅經驗, 而ADG 係一間位於香港嘅科技顧問公司, 專門為中小企提供創科初創企業諮詢服務、軟件私隱工程服務、數據私隱管理服務及數據分析服務等等嘅。

HY Au 係香港嘅independent legal professional，幫過唔同客戶提供過關於IT & Tech上面嘅法律意見，例如，網絡安全保險條款及公司個人資料嘅合規問題等等。 喺Tech方面，HY有軟件私隱工程(Privacy Engineering)及Tech Start-Up嘅諮詢經驗等等。
