Every director wants a moment the audience will never forget. This is one way to create it.

From floating holographic figures to full-scale stage illusions, the applications go far beyond a single effect. Panels connect seamlessly, making any scale possible, no heavy rigging, no complex structure required.

At Meet Mona Lisa in Hong Kong, it brought a hologram to life. At the S.H.E concert, it made the artist and virtual images appear to interact in real time on stage. The same material. Two completely different experiences.

What if a mirror could change the way you see reality?

At Art Field Nanhai Guangdong 2026 at Qiaoshan Art Field, Nanhai, Guangdong, ShowTex GiantMirror transforms reflection into illusion with its lightweight, glassless mirror foil.

Installed at a precise 45° angle above a full-scale façade, the 10 × 8 metre GiantMirror combines multiple panels into an almost seamless reflection. The result? Architecture and illusion merge, making visitors appear to climb walls, hang from balconies or float in mid-air.

GiantMirror transforms bold creative ideas into striking reflective experiences across art installations, exhibitions, museums and scenography.

Transparent scrims can change how a space is seen.

For Perception of Mount Laojun in Henan, ShowTex theatre scrims helped bring an ancient mountain story to life through layered projection, light and movement. The highly transparent scrim worked as a projection surface when lit, then became nearly invisible when the scene needed depth and openness.

The result was a 360 degree theatrical experience where fabric did more than frame the performance. It shaped the illusion, guided the audience and added dimension to the story.

在河南《知道·老君山》演出中，ShowTex 透明紗幕透過層疊投影、燈光與動態效果，將老君山的故事呈現於舞台之上。高透光紗幕亮起時可作為投影表面，當場景需要延伸空間與景深時，又能幾乎隱形。

When art meets scale, details matter.

In Hall X at the Museum of Art Pudong, Carolina Caycedo’s Salute of the Whales transformed the 34-metre-high space into an oceanic scene, with the artwork visible from every level.

Together with UAP | Urban Art Projects and the artist’s team, we installed a 16 × 16 metre double sided printed Cyclo 270 panel with only one seam, tensioned across the space as a sea surface. The circular cutouts were positioned and finished on site, once the whales were suspended, so they aligned perfectly and did not fray under tension.

What appears seamless in the gallery required careful testing, accurate cutting and precise installation behind the scenes.

當藝術遇上超大尺度，細節更是關鍵。

在上海浦東美術館中央展廳，卡羅萊納·凱塞多的《鯨魚的致敬》將 34 米高的空間化身為一片海洋景觀，從每個樓層都能欣賞到這件作品。

ShowTex 與 UAP | Urban Art Projects 及藝術家團隊合作，在空間中安裝一幅 16 × 16 米、雙面印刷的 Cyclo 270 天幕布270，僅設一道接縫，張力拉平後，整幅布面化身為一片海面。

待鯨魚裝置懸掛完成後，現場再定位及製作圓形開口，確保每個位置準確對應，同時避免布料在張力下變形。展廳中看似無縫的呈現，背後需要經過反覆測試、精準裁切及精準安裝。

Behind every pavilion, there is a story shaped by textiles.

At Expo 2025 Osaka, ShowTex brought 20+ international pavilions to life with tailored textile and hardware solutions designed for storytelling, branding and visitor experiences.

From printed fabrics carrying visual identities and messages, to PVC projection screens and creative projection surfaces supporting multimedia experiences, each solution was developed to meet the unique creative vision of every pavilion. Curtains, blackout fabrics and custom-made textile solutions completed the spaces with both function and design in mind.

Behind the scenes, ShowTex frame systems, ShowPipe tracks and custom-engineered mounting solutions made complex installations precise, efficient and practical to install.

Across the Expo site, fabric, light and technology came together to create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.

Who says projection needs PVC?

For Peng Zuqiang: Short-term Histories at Rockbund Art Museum, the artist chose white Molton CS instead of a standard PVC projection screen. The result? A softer textile backdrop that complemented the projected moving images throughout the exhibition.

Often used for masking, light control and dimout applications, Molton CS helps reduce ambient light while maintaining the natural character of fabric. Even with a centre seam, the surface remained visually calm, allowing the film work to stay in focus.

Sometimes, fabric gives the image exactly the softness it needs.

Molton CS 摩頓 CS常用於遮蔽、控光及半遮光應用，可有效降低環境光，同時保留布料本身的質感。即使布面中央設有接縫，整體畫面依然平穩自然，讓影片作品始終成為焦點。
