[宏力]聯同[恒基兆業地產集團]物業管理部的[偉邦]及[恒益]於二〇二二年十一月二十六日一同出席全港省級同鄉社團聯合舉辦之「香港青年灣港就業招聘博覽會」。是次活動有超過120家持相同理念的企業參與，同心協力為社會未來的棟樑提供就業諮詢及職位申請，在就業市場被疫情影響下指引清晰的就業方向，直接幫助青年解決就業問題。[恒基兆業地產集團]執行董事孫國林先生(圖左六)亦現身支持活動並鼓勵青年人加入物業管理行業。

MSS together with [Well Born] and [Hang Yick] from the Property Management Department of [Henderson Land Group], attended the "Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Exposition" jointly organized by Associations of Chinese Fellow Townsmen on November 26, 2022. More than 120 enterprises with the same philosophy participated in this event working together to provide employment consultation and job application for the future pillars of society, to point out a clear employment direction, and directly help youths pursue their career under the impact of the epidemic in the job market. Mr. SUEN Kwok Lam, BBS, MH, JP, Executive Director of Henderson (6th from the left) also showed up to support the event and encourage young people to join the property management industry.

宏力保安從眾多品牌之中脫穎而出，在 1)知名度、2)經營特色、3)創新意念、4)品質、5)形象 及 6)環保及社會責任的基礎上，被決賽評審團及公眾一致認同，贏得由 [香港品牌發展局] 及 [香港中華廠商聯合會] 舉辦的2021年「香港服務名牌選舉」，成為首間保安公司膺獲該項殊榮。同時有幸能邀請 [恒基兆業地產有限公司] 執行董事孫國林BBS, MH, 太平紳士代表宏力保安出席2021年品牌選舉頒獎典禮，在 [商務及經濟發展局] 副局長陳百里博士, 太平紳士手中接過獎盃。

MSS stood out among the entry brand gained the favor of Final Judging Panel and the Public on the basis of 1) Reputation, 2) Distinctiveness, 3) Innovation, 4) Quality, 5) Image and 6), Environmental Performance and Social Responsibility to be the first security company to win the 2021「Hong Kong Top Service Brand Awards」organized by The Hong Kong Brand Development Council and The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong. It is also our honor to invite Mr. SUEN Kwok Lam, BBS, MH, JP, Executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited to attend the Ceremony on behalf of MSS to receive the trophy from Dr. Bernard Chan Pak-li, JP, Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development.

由保安業界推展，香港政府全力支持，每年的七月二十四日被定為「國際保安從業員日」，至今已第五年。在世界不同的角落，包括中國、英國及澳洲等國家都紛紛在這特別日子向保安從業員無休止地保護生命和財産的工作致以敬意。宏力保安亦藉此機會，向香港所有保安從業員，包括旗下近一千六百名保安員團隊致意，並派發宣傳襟章以一同推廣保安從業員日。

As promoted by the security organizations with full support from the Hong Kong government, July 24 has been designated as “International Security Officers’ Day” since 2018. Compliments are given around the world such as China, UK and Australia to all Security Personnel working 24x7x365 to protect Life and Property. MSS also takes this opportunity to deliver a very special vote of thanks to all Security Personnel in Hong Kong including its own workforce of around 1600 guards. Stickers are delivered to frontlines for promoting this special day together.

由東九龍總區防止罪案辦公室舉辦的「二〇二〇至二一年度東九龍總區最佳保安服務選舉」，宏力保安有四位隊員獲「優秀保安員獎」，圖左至右分別是麥敏儀、林琴霖、張恒龍及蕭海東，他們被派駐新蒲崗一甲級商廈，因工作表現一直非常出色而獲管理公司提名，四位同時獲得公司額外的嘉許;管理公司亦獲選為「優秀伙伴」物業。

In the Kowloon East Best Security Services Awards 2020-2021 held by Regional Crime Prevention Office, Kowloon East Police Region, four MSS guards have won awards in the category for “The Outstanding Security Guard”. The four guards in question appear in the attached photo from left to right, Ms. MAK Man Yee, Mr. LAM Kam Lam, Mr. CHEUNG Hang Lung, and Mr. SIU Hoi Tung. It is of note that all four guards are attached to a grade-A commercial buildings in San Po Kong and were nominated by the Building Management for their outstanding performance which earned them compliments and appreciation from MSS.
The Building Management of the concerned buildings was also selected as “The Outstanding Partner” awards winner.

在香港專業教育學院青衣分校，正修讀人力資源管理及人才分析高級文慿課程的幾位同學，聯同他們的講師，於二〇二一年十二月二日到訪宏力保安人力資源及訓練部，特意了解保安員在職訓練，特别是利用網上電子平台的實際運作，由職員關係及訓練經理張五斤親自接待；宏力保安推行電子平台來輔助及加強傳統和實體的課堂訓練已有一年多，今次介紹令同學們真正感受到，保安員如何接受最新的電子訓練方式去增強專業知識和競爭力。

Students from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi Campus) studying for their Higher Diploma in Human Resources and Talent Analytics came with their lecturer to visit the MSS Training Department on 2nd December 2021. The visit took place to study the application of e-Training at MSS. The Staff Relations and Training Manager Sammy CHEUNG gave them an introductory talk, and the students saw and appreciated the actual operations of the e-Training programme which has been rolled out at MSS for more than a year. All the students were impressed by how security personnel could easily adapt to the use of modern technology to enhance their field knowledge and at the same time increase their capabilities.

早在位於西九龍的視覺文化博物館開幕前六個月，宏力保安的訓練顧問陳宗棠(圖)，就被委派負責編撰一個全面的保安訓練課程，這個課程內容由六十多個單元組成，包括基礎知識(例如場館規則及職安健等)，與標準的運作程序(SOP)，以至詳細的一般和緊急事故處理(COP)，需完全配合客户的管理要求，而開幕後，亦會根據訪客形態和環境改變，經討論研究後更新再納入每月的複習課堂中。陳宗棠亦是負責整個訓練的導師，他形容自己是為一所世界頂級博物館，去設計這個獨一無二的保安訓練而擔作先鋒。

Michael CHAN (photo), an MSS training consultant, was tasked to write up the comprehensive security training curriculum some 6 months before the opening of the museum of visual culture in West Kowloon. The training package is composed of over 60 modules from the basics (e.g. House Rules, OSH and etc), standard operating procedures (SOPs) to the detailed handling of incidents and emergencies (COPs), to be in line with the client’s requirements. Any new issues that come to light from different visitor profiles and the changing environment will be discussed, revised and incorporated into monthly training refreshers. Michael is also responsible for the conduction of training and describes himself as the spearhead of the unique type of security training designed for a world’s leading museum.

The MSS e-Employment Application System with e-Interview function is now fully operational and open to Job Seekers. Applicants can log into the system by registration using basic information to make a booking for e-Interview. The e-Interview takes place on the web through video-conferencing tools such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype, Zoom or MS Teams. Only after a successful interview do applicants need to fill in a standard e-form to complete the e-Application process. These simple steps will greatly save applicants travelling and waiting time they currently have to spend when making a normal employment application. 在過去兩年多，宏力保安進行了多方面的內部改革，其中一項是檢討員工福利政策，並透過問卷調查和會面收集員工的意見，更成立員工福利委員會並邀請基層和前線代表加入，與管理代表共同商討；最近有多項福利事項，包括結婚假及賀金、育嬰奶粉津貼及添丁賀金、進修津貼、集團購物優惠、醫療保障至65歲、恩恤假及慰問金，以至慶生蛋糕券，都已經落實執行，並適用於全職員工，還有多項優化及改善建議仍在研究中，有待稍後進一步落實。

Hand in Hand with the company reform that has taken place over the last two years, one other important issue, that of staff welfare, has and is being brought up to date. This will ensure that the all-round staff packages will be enhanced and optimised. This has been achieved through the collection of employees’ opinions by carrying out surveys and interviews undertaken by the Staff Welfare Working Committee which was formed last year for this very purpose. Now a series of staff benefit items from Marriage Leave & Gestures, New-born Subsidies, Study Subsidies, Group Merchants Discount Offers, Medical Coverage up to aged 65, Compassionate & Condolences Leave as well as Birthday Vouchers are now in place and applicable to all full-time employees. There are other improvements as well as new items in the pipeline currently under consideration and these will likely be confirmed and implemented in the not too distant future.
