One may know what is meant by the 'price' of a product. But, how much does one knows the strategic value & purpose of the product? And here is where we come in.

Understanding the other front is equally important.

Legitimate PPE makers must each day confront customers' imperfect knowledge and their subjective assessments on the products, prices and terms of sales. Rarely will they be concerned to what the maker must tackle each day in this unusual time. Such as: the scarcity of raw materials, the shortage of key components; the cash flow; production capacity etc., each day they meet head-on to the numerous emerging and inexperience novelist PPE producers.

You, the customer, hold the key for the strategic-purposed products to reach the market in this critical moment.

HongKongNomics is a potent new business idea. It's a new H2H biz model that is serious about delivering REAL social impact. It's the people's IPO and it will be the unicorn owned by the people. It is also a plan to put HK economic future in the right direction. It's a combination of common sense and compassion to ask the HK government to replace politics imaginations. To make it real with shared commitments in moving forward. Better still it can be replicated in other countries and benefit humanity. Conclusively, this is the PR machine to promote HK to the world. If anyone can connect me with HK Govt. please get in touch with me.since I've exhausted all my means. Thank you.

I am so saddened by the news of Dr. L. M. Li who sacrificed his life in saving other people's life. So uniquely sad for me. So uniquely disappointed for me. So uniquely frustrated for me that I want to pull my hair out. Why it is unique for me? Because I came back to HK when my city was hit by SARS in 2003 and I stayed ever since. The scene of Dr. Tse Yuen Man funeral-clip on television is still vividly on my mind to this day. The work of the health workers in Hong Kong really has hit me in the right spot. Since then, I gave myself a self-imposed task to bring back The Pride and Glories to my city. I am still holding this plan.

After her funeral, I penned an article and has wanted to publish it on the local papers. It is entitled - A SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO OUR HEALTH WORKERS - Today, 17 years after, yet it is fitting to post it on the internet world. I ask you to read it with Respect and Appreciation to ALL health workers wherever they may be. Remember HongKongNomics is my PR page for Hong Kong. It is my gift to HK and it can be your gift as well. Please share it and spread this message to all your friends and contact. This will make you an ambassador of my city. Thank you so much.

A Special Tribute
To
Our Health Workers

Another week is another life sacrificed.
Another week is another funeral.
Another week is another rare opportunity for our city to assemble together.
Another week is another silent painful discourse for our city.

In times of living tragedies and living pains: the courage, the devotion and the strong sense of duty to serve our community that comes from our health workers is the strongest testimony from what our common people of our city can represents.

The heavenly virtues of our fallen heroes are their abilities to feel the pains of others as their own. These Sons and Daughters of Hong Kong have demonstrated to us that our city is worth sacrificing and worth dying for. The minds of all that hold high places in our city must now take a pause to recall what our city has been; they must come to realize how detached they have been with the general populace of Hong Kong, and they must discover another dimension of our society that longs to believe that, at last, our Government gained the intimate knowledge of the true condition and characters of the people of Hong Kong must live and die. It is interesting to note that the dead can always speak more eloquently for us than any of the living ever could, and that we living could only honor them by dedicating ourselves to the cause for which they so willingly to serve us above and beyond their call of duty.

Now as government and people eulogizing in unity, sharing this same emotion, becoming conscience of other peoples’ pain, have all came to realize suddenly Hong Kong has something far greater, far deeper, something far more permanent far more larger than the sum of all our city’s fragments. This ‘something’ for which we all find so difficult – even impossible – to describe or to hit on a single note before, yet, we were aware of it, convinced of it; that this ‘something’ will matter most to our city’s future and that we must guard it most sacredly so that it will be forever present among us.
What has hit us most must be the wreath from the parents of one of the fallen that reads: “Our loving daughter, Yuen-Man is A Daughter of Hong Kong” – the truth of this message hit a spot in all our hearts – they are all Children of Hong Kong.
The outpouring of grieve from millions was evident during the funerals of our fallen children; those with delicate hearts weeps openly, the pathetic ones gave gut reactions. Our Chief Executive was seen with a lump in his throat. Our whole community came to recognize that there is a deeper need – the need to have a united purpose, united commitment, and united actions in the same spirit as those that we’ve put to rest in Gallant Garden.

Now in this somber gathering before a dead hero, the coming together of a city that needs some corrections which needs some sassy translations for its divisive community. The 'front-line' warriors and the 'front-row' administration of our government; meeting each eyeball-to-eyeball, with perhaps the fieriest intensity to date, the most unflinching chronicler of today's Hong Kong is drawn to each individual's soul-searching moment and our entire sense of right or wrong, are put into vivid and unforgettable display to the public. Showing pride as well as guilt exposing who the sufferers are and who are the butchers?
No one should now continue to live their days; do their duties in blissful ignorance of others lest we want these heroes to have sacrifice their lives in vain. SARS has exposed how disconnected the government is from the people but it has also open opportunities for their reckonings. Let us remind ourselves there are still those that are battling for us day and night at this moment in the frontline with uncertainty, with pride and fear, with a void that we cannot imagine with courage in the face of a fear that few of us will ever experience.
Let us also remind ourselves when this war is won that we still have another unfinished battle; our war on unemployment; our war on social and economic justice must be fought with the same courage; the same determination with total involvement by our government and people.

A Special Tribute from John - the founder of,

DESTINY 2013 ASSOCIATION established in the year 2003, a ten-year mission dedicated to revive Hong Kong's SMEs from the SARS crisis of the same year. Sorry to say, in less than two years, it has met its own bereavement due to the lack of support from the government.

I consider this is the PR Page made for Hong Kong to the world. That's why it's called HongKongNomics. And it is a gift from the deepest of me to all the people who call Hong Kong home. Mind you, this can be your gift as well, because this message was written on the 7th day of the new Lunar New Year. In Chinese tradition, the 7th day of each year is the birthday of Humanity. It is my hope that you will browse my words with prudence and grace, as it is very telling since it's written during a time when the world is experiencing a unique and deadly virus. Written during a time my city took its sharpest turn in history. Written at a time when no one in my city was excluded from seeing their 'end-of-everything’. Written at a time my city is bitterly divided and constantly warring. An extremely dark time when most of my folks want to leave and abandon their city as soon as tomorrow.
With all honesty, I like to remind them of an undeniable truth; that all the wonders that humanity enjoy today were dreams of yesterday. Very often dreams rest within stirring, simple ideas.
I know for sure Hongkongers will do great things if only they have the tools. They can take leaderships of their lives, if only given direction and support. The needed dream; the needed plan; the needed experiences are not unborn, but are present and readily available. “The Unfinished Business of Hong Kong Must Now Begin”.
May this new decade be charged with harmony and purposeful progress for Hong Kong. Happy birthday to all my human relatives.

I want to see our city recapture the strength of our Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) it once had when they've sought for their dreams, but only this time we must sought together in unity with the government and in unity of purpose for our city.

Today, our city's economy is in turmoil. We can hope the economic trends will miraculously reverse without intervention, or we can act with entrepreneurial gusto to relaunch Asia's Global City we call home. Each of us has a critical choice that will impact our city: growth or destruction? We can hope the economic trends will miraculously reverse without intervention, or we can act with entrepreneurial gusto to reinvent Hong Kong together. JOIN ME !!!

We are a community of seven million who have been pampered and unworried for decades. Our city's people developed a false sense of security, while Hong Kong was "the goose that laid the golden eggs‟ for China, Britain and beyond. It was the best city in the world to multiply your money. It was once the absolute "Gatekeeper of China‟ and perhaps thought herself appointed providentially to this role for eternity.
As China opened itself to the world in the 1970's, this impact created frenzy around the globe known as "The China Fever‟ - The maniacal wild chase of business opportunities from countries everywhere.
Our "Superiority Complex‟ mixed with our "Midas Touch Complex‟ belonging to the long gone golden era is still lingering in the minds of many of our people.
However, today nearly one million people in our city today suffer profoundly from unemployment or underemployment. To make matters more challenging, the societal reality is that economic depravity is statistically shown to perpetuate intergenerational cycles... in short, failure is not only contagious, but also breeds into our children’s mindsets.
Fortunately, so does success.
For too long, our government have been addressing it in a relative cursory way that has yet to yield an acceptable solution. This has manifested into a “compassion burnout” that has relegated thousands of families to permanent underclass with a cancerous effect that has debilitated neighborhoods and the entire community.
We can hope the economic trends will miraculously reverse without intervention, or we may act with entrepreneurial vigor to create jobs for all who have the desire to work.
Government and NGOs run training programs, often created in response to the government's own flawed projections of job vacancies. They proved easy to start, expensive to operate, discouraging in results and yet politically tough to kill.
I propose an alternate path, one that inspires with realistic optimism and reaches all sectors of our community and beyond.
Utilizing a combination of compassionate common sense and pragmatic vision, HongKongNomics provides a structural framework for creating jobs throughout the world by creating a platform imploring government authorities to replace politics with an intense dedication to strengthening the productivity of the less fortunate. By drastically improving unemployment over the next decade, our world can provide prolific opportunity for future generations in the centuries that follow.

Hong Kong is really going to ............... then it came the Kowloon Mosque Incident. Gratifying Hope and promises just emerged. I really hope to have a face-to-face engagement with our city's Ethnic Minority Communities because they hold the keys to the betterment of our city.

Storytelling is one of the greatest tools we have for engaging communities on complex social issues. This is why I am devoting all my time in crafting a story (speech) to deliver it to all the people in HK. Will I have an audience?😉
