Luen Hing Fat Trading Co Ltd has been in the food wholesale business since 1948 by providing Hong Kong and Macau’s hotels, restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, cake shops and supermarkets with imported premium wheat flour from Japan, among other food related items from USA and Canada. In Hong Kong, LHF is the sole agent for Japan’s Nippon Flour Mills (Nippn http://e-nippn.com), founded in Tokyo circa 1896 and is well known for its computerized milling technology, stability and high quality of its flour derived from imported Canadian wheat. LHF imported flour only selects the core essence deepest inside the wheat grain, to mill into a stable, pure and highly refined flour with little impurities and no additives, while retaining the rich and natural flavor of the original wheat. In response to diversified customer needs, LHF has introduced a variety of wheat flour products to the local market, which includes flour for all sorts of bread, noodles, Chinese fried donuts, cookies, pasta, cakes and pastries with brand names like Red Dragon, Queen-L, Golden Yacht, NK Fisher, Sunflower, F-Napoleon, Heart, Blue Star…etc, which are all known for their competitive pricing and quality assurance. Apart from wheat flour, LHF also imports and sells yeast, bread improver, potato starch, red bean paste, monosodium glutamate, sugar, lard, cornstarch, milk powder…etc in Hong Kong and Macau.

本公司為日本著名麵粉製造商日本製粉株式會社 (http://e-nippn.com)的港澳區獨家總代理。日本製粉株式會社是目前日本第二大的麵粉製造商，于1896年在東京成立，產品全部選用加拿大頂級小麥作為原材料，再結合高科技的電腦化生產過程，使產品質素得到最大的保証，其穩定品質更是廣為人知。
聯興發麵粉，特點是祇採用小麥粒的深層核心精華部份提煉精製，促使製成的麵粉筋度穩定 ，雜質少，網絡組織細緻均勻，能保留原麥的濃郁香味，品質穩定，純正天然，實非 其它麵粉品牌可以比較 ，長期以來已成為各大酒店餐廳及高級麵包專門店的必然選擇。
為適應不同的客戶需求，本公司更不斷引進各類專用小麥粉，在香港市場銷售的品牌主要有“紅龍”“皇后”“拿破崙”“新彩雀”“葵花”“象嘜”“心牌”及“藍星”等。多年來已廣泛被業界應用在各式咸甜包點、餅乾、麵食、意粉、蛋糕及傳統油器上，除小麥粉外本公司亦有從各地引入多種食材如：即發酵母、麵包強發劑、生粉、紅豆蓉、紅豆沙、食油、豬油、乳清奶粉等。
