***慎防偽冒【FLEX HR 諾斯人力資源】社交媒體專頁或職員***
我司發現近日有不法份子假冒【FLEX HR 諾斯人力資源】，利用社交平台、電話短訊或即時通訊軟件如WhatsApp等進行欺詐活動。不法份子僞冒為我司的「職員」，誘導對方參加「工作邀請」或「合作機會」，並且：
• 非法盜用我司品牌及公司資料，包括地址，網址及電郵等，以獲取對方信任，並繼而介紹各種「工作邀請」或「合作機會」(包括「刷單員」或「網上客服」等職位)
• 在與對方溝通的過程中，誘騙對方的敏感資料或為其進行不法活動
為免任何人士招致損失及誤會，我司特此聲明，我司與任何盜用本公司名義的社交媒體專頁或人士無任何關係，並提醒各位切勿相信任何非官網、非官方社交媒體專頁或非官方即時通訊軟件帳戶所發布的任何信息，並且切勿向第三方平台、可疑帳戶或人士等提供個人資料或金錢。
我們呼籲在網上須保持警覺，如發現可疑的社交媒體專頁或可疑人士，切勿上當，提防受騙。如有懷疑，應立即向執法部門求助。
***Beware of FAKE social media accounts or staff misrepresenting 【FLEX HR 諾斯人力資源】***
Recently it has been found that some criminals have imitated the staff, representatives or social media accounts of【FLEX HR / 諾斯人力資源】on the internet, using social media platforms, SMS or instant messaging applications such as WhatsApp to conduct fraudulent activities. They misrepresent themselves as the “staff” from FLEX HR to solicit their targets to apply for various “job or partnership opportunities”, and:
• Illegally misuse our Company's brand and information, including address, website and email, to gain the trust from the targets, and then introduce to them various "job opportunities" (including job titles such as “online customer service officer”, etc.)
• During the communication, induce the targets to provide sensitive information or conduct illegal activities.
In order to avoid losses and misunderstandings, our Company hereby declares that there are NO relationships nor association between our Company and the abovementioned parties illegally misusing our Company’s brand and information.
We would like to remind everyone on the internet NOT to trust any information from any unofficial websites, social media channels or instant messaging application accounts and NEVER provide any sensitive information or money to any suspicious third parties. We should stay cautious and alert at all times on the internet. Should anyone encounter any suspicious contacts, they should report to the Police or related enforcement departments immediately.
