【 廠商會「商校合作計劃」】
Ensec Solutions 一向積極熱心實踐企業社會責任，與不同院校合作提供實習機會。今年 Ensec Solutions 繼續與廠商會合作，讓學生 Ritika 盡早了解職場運作和知識，好好裝備自己以迎接未來的挑戰。以下是 Ritika 的感想:
在過去的兩週裡，我透過廠商會「商校合作計劃」在 Ensec Solutions 中實習。 是次的實習經驗讓我親身體驗職場環境，並累積了寶貴的職場經驗。在實習期間，我主要負責整理及分類文件，確保分類準確來提升日後整體搜索文件的便利性。雖然初面對工作時令我感到緊張，幸好在主管的細心指導下，我很快投入整個工作模式。
另外，這次的實習讓我對未來的職涯規劃有了更清晰的想法，除了增強對職場生態的認知外，亦培養出我的獨立性和提升了我的自信心，期望新技能為我日後的發展奠定扎實的基礎。
我衷心感謝 Ensec Solutions 提供這次的實習機會，和大家在這段時間給我的關顧與支持，亦非常感謝學校老師一直以來的教導。
【CMA “Business-School Partnership Programme”】
Ensec Solutions has been actively participated in corporate social responsibility with different colleges. This year, Ensec Solutions honoured to cooperate with CMA again, providing internship opportunities to Ritika, let her experience workplace operations and knowledge earlier, better equip herself to face further challenges. Here is a testimonial from Ritika:
Over the past two weeks, I had the privilege of interning at Ensec Solutions through the CMABSPP, allowing me to experience a professional work environment and gain precious hands-on expertise. I was tasked with organising and digitalising documents, ensuring they were accurately categorised and improving overall accessibility. The work was a bit intimidating at first, but with the amazing guidance of my superior, I was able to quickly understand.
Moreover, this opportunity has provided me with deeper insight into my future career choices, enriching my knowledge of a professional work environment, as well as fostering my independence and boosting my confidence in my abilities. I hope to be able to use my newly learned skills in strengthening my future studies.
I am deeply grateful to Ensec Solutions for this rewarding experience, the team have been very friendly and patient, I am truly thankful for their outstanding care and support throughout my time here, as well as the teachers at CMASS for their advice and coaching.
