Dragontail Farm Our farm is 'Organic (in conversion) selling vegetables, herbs and fruit. We also do educational and recreational farming activities for young people.

Don Latter has been an English teacher for the best part of 30 years, with a lifelong interest in environmental issues, which led to him getting an MSc in Environmental Management. We hope to create interesting and educational activities for students of all ages, including tailor-made programmes if you let us know what you want.
