✨ A new space for meaningful connections ✨

Together with , The DO launched W Parlour, a new initiative under the W BESPOKE Collection designed to create meaningful cross-sector connections.

W Parlour brings together a curated group of professionals across sectors and creates the kind of connection that rarely happens in traditional networking settings. Our first gathering at Wheelock Gallery in January brought together leaders from finance, technology, education, and healthcare for an evening focused on real exchange, perspective, and relationship-building.

A highlight of the night was a candid, energising talk by Jenmon Yuen-Jenkins, who set the tone with personal stories from Hong Kong’s wine world and her community work, sparking conversations that carried on well beyond the formal programme.

As the year comes to a close, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to our global DO community, partners, fellows, alumni, and collaborators, for the energy, care, and commitment you bring to this work.

In 2025, together we:

🌿 How can we make cities healthier places for everyone to live?

Thank you to everyone who joined our first Bupa Healthy Cities Walk last Saturday. More than 40 participants came together for a loop around Victoria Peak. We were especially grateful to welcome friends from Action Asia Foundation and 1st Steps, a charity dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities.

For three of the four guests from 1st Steps who use wheelchairs, this was their very first time visiting the Peak - despite being born and raised in Hong Kong - due to accessibility challenges. This made the walk especially meaningful and reminded us why inclusivity is central to healthier communities.

This walk is part of the Bupa Healthy Cities initiative – a global movement under Bupa’s commitment to creating a “Better World.” In Hong Kong, the initiative focuses on designing urban environments that prioritize health and well-being for all. By encouraging active movement, enhancing access to nature, and integrating healthcare services, Bupa Healthy Cities fosters healthier lifestyles. With strong community involvement and a focus on sustainability, it aims not only to improve individual health but also to contribute to a healthier planet.

At The DO Asia, we are proud to partner with Bupa on this initiative, supporting a program that champions physical and planetary health while fostering inclusion and community connection across Hong Kong.
